Ingredients
Serves 8

- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cups oil
- 3 ½ fl oz warm milk
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 14 fl oz milk
- 14 fl oz coconut milk
Serves 8
- 4 egg
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- ½ cups oil
- 3 ½ fl oz warm milk
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 14 fl oz milk
- 14 fl oz coconut milk

Instructions
Step 1

Preheat the oven at 180°
Step 2
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them for around 5 minutes, this can also be done with a mixer or a wisk
Step 3
Add the flour and mix again for 2 minutes
Step 4

Add the shredded coconut and the baking powder and mix it by hand (some flours already come with baking powder added so no need to add it in this case)
Step 5

Make sure your pan is buttered and also add some flour to it so the dough doesn't stick
Step 6

Add the dough to the pan and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180°
Step 7
After the 40 minutes remove the cake from the oven and let it sit until it cools down
Step 8

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Step 9

Fill another bowl with the shredded coconut
Step 10

Cut your cake into slices and one by one dip them into the milk mixture until it gets wet all over and then gently press all sides of it into the shredded coconut until it's all over it
Step 11

Wrap the slices with aluminum foil and put then in the fridge, the longer you leave then there the better but there's no minimum time
